Aira Knitted Retraction Cords are non-impregnated and provide controlled displacement of gingival tissue during dental procedures. Featuring a knitted construction that compresses during packing and gently expands after placement, they promote lateral tissue retraction while creating a clean, dry working field for impressions.

Designed in a variety of colors to improve visibility, the purple size #0 cords are suitable for tight sulci, thin tissue biotypes, and use as the bottom cord in double-cord techniques. When used with an appropriate astringent or hemostatic agent, the non-impregnated design allows clinicians to select the solution best suited to the procedure and patient needs.
